The Challenge
Our client needed to create an application that instantly reinvented communication and drove sales. They required a contextual communication channel that didn't rely on addresses, phone numbers, or additional apps. The solution also needed to be a multi-tenant application allowing companies to request account creation and grant access to their users.
The Solution
Our team developed a messaging platform where users can chat directly with offer providers through photos on the web, with texting embedded in images. Integrated with social media, the Widget.co app allows companies to create, edit, share photos, and interact with end-users via an embedded chatbot accessible from any web page or social media.
