Our client faced multiple challenges with their outdated system. The legacy public portal for submitting and searching filings was based on outdated technology, lacked scalability, and had an unappealing user interface. Fragmented data management caused concerns in reporting, and customers often received unclear messages when their filings were rejected, causing confusion and inefficiency.

Our team collaborated with Image API to deliver a modern, scalable system that enhanced performance and user experience. We reworked the public and admin portals using the latest technologies, integrated all filing systems into a unified platform, and improved scalability to handle increased demands.
