Our client needed to allocate purchase price consideration to various tangible and intangible assets during business acquisitions. They required an application that could use user data and guidance to make appropriate allocations and support multiple purchases by a serial buyer of businesses.
The Solution
Our team provided a comprehensive monitoring system for client users and their project contents, offering support and specific advice when needed. Our solution included running reports on finalized projects for billing purposes, unlocking projects to allow modifications, and enabling users to save and resume their progress across multiple projects. Data entry was simplified through a guided questionnaire with help and guidance text for each field.
